St. Xavier's Cathedral, or 'Tastes like chicken!'

The story goes that St. Xavier's remains used to be on tour all over India, until a woman jumped on the casket and bit off his thumb. It was recovered, St. Xavier was boxed and shelved permanently, and the thumb is now touring as a solo act.
